Michael and Rodney started Metalworx, Inc. in 1997. Rodney has worked in the manufacturing field for fifty years and has lived in the Charleston area since 1984. Michael has worked in the manufacturing field for over 20 years and has lived in the Charleston area since 1989. He and Rod founded Metalworx, Inc. on the principles of honesty and integrity and they have maintained a strong relationship with their customers. They remain dedicated to the future growth of the company and helping their customers and employees to be successful.

John Oldham joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2011 as the Director of Business Development. John has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and over twenty years of diverse experience in Manufacturing, product development, and quality assurance. John gained his fabrication and CNC machining experience working for such Fortune 500 companies as Northrop Grumman, Emerson Electric, and Hill-Rom. Most recently, John worked at Berchtold Corporation as the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and at Environmental Express as the Plant Manager and Director of Engineering and Quality.

Leah joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2004 as the Office Manager. She has worked in Business Management and Administrative Operations for over 15 years. She currently holds the position of Executive Director and is responsible for the Administrative and financial operations as well as Human Resources for Metalworx, Inc.

Tommie joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2004 and is currently the Plant Manager. He has worked in the field for 30 years in various positions including job shop, ornamental, structural, and industrial fabrication. His knowledge and expertise in the processes and various fabrication techniques is a valuable asset to our company and our customers.

Ron joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2003. He is originally from California and has over 25 years of CNC machining experience. He has extensive experience in programming and process engineering and in his role of Production Manager he is working to utilize these skills in the implementation of lean practices throughout the shop.

Jack joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2005 and is currently the Materials Manager. Jack has over 30 years experience in Manufacturing. He is responsible for managing the Materials department and Purchasing and Order Processing for Metalworx, Inc. Jack holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and his experience is a valuable asset to the company.

Paul joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2010 as a Sales Engineer. His primary role is to generate new business and develop our existing customer base. He has over 25 years experience in the manufacturing industry.

Jeff joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2007 and has held various positions with the company. He has over 25 years experience in the Manufacturing industry and his extensive knowledge of materials and estimating skills make him a valuable asset in his current position of Purchasing Manager.

Shawn joined Metalworx, Inc. in May 2008 in our Quality department. He is currently managing our ISO certification and improving our safety program to benefit our overall quality structure. Shawn was formerly a production supervisor for a local manufacturing company and is experienced in ISO implementation and OSHA compliance and safety guidelines. Shawn is a valuable addition to the Metalworx, Inc. team.

Rob joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2011 as a Mechanical Design/Process Engineer. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
