Paul joined Metalworx, Inc. in June 2008 as the Operations Manager. He has a vast amount of experience in various manufacturing management positions. He is responsible for continuous improvement and managing daily operations and personnel. His experience and knowledge is a valuable addition to our company and our customers.

Shawn joined Metalworx, Inc. in May 2008 in our Quality department. He is currently assisting in ISO certification and improving our safety program to benefit our overall quality structure. Shawn was formerly a production supervisor for a local manufacturing company and is experienced in ISO implementation and OSHA compliance and safety guidelines. Shawn is a valuable addition to the Metalworx, Inc. team.

Prior to joining Metalworx, Inc. David contributed over 25 years to a North Carolina company which supplies manufactured components to the automotive and heavy truck OEM markets. While there, he held positions in sales and marketing management, but also brings experience in engineering, materials management, quality and purchasing. David brings a strong commitment to listening to "the voice of the customer", and converting that information into new business opportunities.

Michael and Rodney started Metalworx, Inc. in 1997. Rodney has worked in the manufacturing field for fifty years and has lived in the Charleston area since 1984. Michael has worked in the manufacturing field for over 20 years and has lived in the Charleston area since 1989. He and Rod founded Metalworx, Inc. on the principles of honesty and integrity and they have maintained a strong relationship with their customers. They remain dedicated to the future growth of the company and helping their customers and employees to be successful.

Leah joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2004 as the Office Manager. She has worked in Business Management and Administrative Operations for over ten years. She was recently appointed to the position of Executive Director and is working to develop opportunities for both our employees and our customers as we grow as a company.

Lance joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2003 as a Sales Representative. He has worked in the Manufacturing field for over ten years. He has held a variety of positions in our company and is knowledgeable in all aspects of job shop operations. He was recently promoted to the position of Outside Sales Manager and we feel his job shop knowledge and sales experience greatly benefit our customers.

Jack joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2005 and has worked in the manufacturing field for over 25 years. He is currently the Quality Manager and Systems Coordinator for Metalworx, Inc. Jack is currently coordinating our ISO certification process which is due for completion this year.

Tommie joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2004 and is currently the Fabrication Manager. He has worked in the field for 28 years in various positions including job shop, ornamental, structural, and industrial fabrication. His knowledge and expertise in the processes and various fabrication techniques is a valuable asset to our company and our customers.

Ron joined Metalworx, Inc. in 2003. He is originally from California and has over 25 years of CNC machining experience. He has extensive experience in programming and process engineering and in his new role of Machining Manager he is working to utilize these skills in the implementation of lean practices throughout the shop.
